Definition

Indicates how the amount, number or rate specified as an additional payment is declared in the BELCOTAX declaration.

Use

You use the indicator to determine how the additional payment is declared in the Belcotax declaration. Possible options include the following:

• Including the additional payment in the BELCOTAX declaration of the current fiscal year. Additional amounts with this indicator are added or subtracted from the corresponding category or voucher.
• Subtracting the additional payment from the BELCOTAX declaration of the current fiscal year.
• Including the additional payment in the BELCOTAXdeclaration of the current fiscal year and subtracting the additional payment from the BELCOTAX declaration of the next fiscal year. This allows, among others, the declaration of a former employer when the employee is not anymore assigned during the complete next year.

Dependencies

In a correction declaration for the BELCOTAX for an old fiscal year, the amount with indicator 1of the fiscal year will be taken into account.
