Definition
This field is obsolete; the Annual Preparation of Belcotax (RPCTXAB0) report has been superseded by the BELCOTAX - Yearly Income Tax (RPCBWAB0) report. Use
Enter the identification number of the sender of the Belcotax declaration. The value of this field is stored in the Magnetic device identification number field (2.8) of the header record.
The ID sender number is a 6-digit number, stored in the twelfth field of the right column in table 'Personnel areas/Personnel subareas' (T5B9P), the employer (group or company) or payrolling firm freely chooses when it submits SI declarations on magnetic tape.
The value of this field is stored in the Tape idenfication number field (0.20) of the header record. It is also used as the first six digits of the 8-digit cluster key of the Belcotax cluster (CY/WY), the last two digits containing the income type (10, 11 ,13 or 20) of the corresponding declaration.
Procedure
Enter a 6-digit number for this field in table 'Personnel areas/Personnel subareas' (T5B9P). You can use this number at a later stage to identify a Belcotax tape in case it is rejected by the Ministry of Finance.
Dependencies
All personnel area/personnel subarea must be linked to an ID sender number. For those personnel area/personnel subareas with the same tape ID number, the corresponding Belcotax declaration is created on the same tape.
