Definition
Indicates whether the fiches are to be checked against the existing B2A file, in order to determine the fiches for printing.
Use
You use this checkbox to activate a check of the B2A entry for the corresponding fiche in the TemSe.
The check compares B2A records, by checking if the TemSe that you are using to print the corresponding fiche is really the TemSe with the last positive notification in B2A.
The check determines which fiches for this TemSe have a positive notification in B2A . A positive notification is provided by the tax authorities when a fiche is regarded as accurate. The fiches that have a positive notification are then available for printing.
Fiches that do not have a positive notification are not printed. These fiches appear in a node in the resulting report log for further investigation.
The scope of this check is to filter only the fiches for which the data is correct from the corresponding TemSe (correct data has been confirmed as corrected in B2A).
Dependencies
You can program your own check of the TemSe by using the Business Add-In (BAdI) BAdI: Belcotax - Print Fiches from the TemSe.
