Definition
Enables you to specify the date on which the selected worker plans to go on holiday the following year. In case of more than one vacation period, specify the begin date of the main holiday. If your workers take turns, enter the date of the first vacation period, so that your holiday fund can pay out the holiday pay in due time.
The value of this field is retrieved by the DMFA report (RPCDMFB0) for further processing and eventually stored in the field Begin date of holiday (00017) of the electronic DMFA file.
Use
This field is only mandatory when the declaration quarter corresponds to the 4th quarter of the year and the company employs hourly paid workers.
Enter the date in the format YYYY-MM-DD, where YYYY is the year, MM the month and DD the day.
