Definition

Contains the start date of the employment period at the previous company, as mentioned on the holiday certificate.

The system cannot detect any non-assimilated periods within the employment period defined by the Start date and End date fields. If this is the case, reduce the employment period by the duration of non-assimilated days, either by having a later start date or an earlier end date. However, you can also enter multiple certificates for each employment period, although the person is still employed by the same employer.

For example, if the person is employed during the whole year 2000, but in July, there is a period of non-assimilation.

  • Solution 1 consists of using 01.01.2000 as the start date and 30.11. 2000 as the end date.
  • Solution 2: consists of using 01.02. 2000 as the start date and 31.12. 2000 as the end date.
  • Solution 3 consists of using two certificates, one valid from 01.01.2000 to 30.06.2000, and the second one from 01.08.2000 to 31.12.2000.

Use

The start and end dates are used to calculate the number of months the employee was employed during the holiday reference year, in order to calculate the double holiday pay correctly.

Dependencies
