Definition
In an absence collision, this absence is the one with the earliest date. This absence is the one overlapped by absence 2.
In an absence neighborhood, this absence is chronologically the first one. It is followed by absence 2.
Example
The employee has booked a vacation. If he/she is sick for exactly that period, the illness will collide with the vacation. The vacation is absence 1 and the illness is absence 2.
For a neighboring: the employee has had a work accident for the first week(first absence), and immediately after he/she got ill (second absence).
