Definition
Output of End-of-Year Report (P35/P60) via SAPScript forms
This option allows you to print the year end data via the SAPScript technology. Dependant on the forms, the printout will have to be sent to either the employee (P60) or the Revenue Commissioner (P35) depending on whether you use Magnetic Media or not.
The report generates all two forms (P35/P60). The definitions of each of the forms differ, you need to provide the SAPScript names of each of the forms. Note: The form name, which is to be entered is mentioned behind each input field for clarity.
To search for applicable forms, use the input help (F4) on existing forms. Please follow the path Payroll: Ireland -> Statutory reports -> End of year -> Pxx (where xx is the form number).
Every year SAP provides templates for those forms in the standard delivery. SAP will seek approval from Revenue Commissioner on those templates derived from the original form.
If you wish to change these forms, copy the standard template and amend according to your needs.
The names of the templates SAP delivers are (xxxx indicates the year in which the form is to be issued):
- HR_IE_P60_xxxx Revenue Commissioner P60 template (A4 landscape)
- HR_IE_P35_xxxx Revenue Commissioner P35 template (A4 portrait)
The default year used is the current system dates year (That is, system date 20.10.2001 => forms default HR_IE_P60_2001).
Note: That this output is very time consuming once run for a huge number of forms to be produced. Thus SAP recommends to initiate the actual printing of the forms only after you have checked the data. (When running from External Data Source you can provide only those data sources from which you actually wish to print off forms, that is, if you want only to print off P60s then only provide the P60 TemSe name.)
For checking purposes of individual cases you of course can feel free to use this option at anytime as there the runtime is not critcial.
