Creation of Magnetic Media for End-of-Year Report
This option initiates the creation of the appropriate record types for the magnetic media.
The created file will display each record type (1,2,3 and 4) separately via an ALV list.
It always writes an appropriate TemSe file as this will be the source from which you send off the magnetic media return. (The TemSe file name is HR_CMAGIE_yyyyyyyyyy, where yyyyyyyyy is a sequential number.)
It is possible to load and display the magnetic media TemSe solely by reading the data from external sources (see below).
The display of the magnetic media content does not necessarily display the content in the correct format (That is: It does not show the numbers with leading zeros). The display enables you to check the fields for correct data. Nevertheless, the raw data on the file is set in the correct data format as outlined in the P35 New Return Format.
A magnetic media can only be produced for one employer registration number at a time. Hence, you need to ensure that you select via the tax reference when producing a magnetic media.
