Definition
Reading data from TemSe files as base for creation of End-of-Year report.
Setting this indicator prevents data from being read from the database, but rather from the given TemSe files. If you wish to get either the P35L(T), P60 and/or P35 data read for display, you need to enter the TemSe file names in either of the three fields Data Source for P60/P35L(T)/P35/. You need to at least enter one TemSe file in order to process further.
If you wish to see the magnetic media data in addition (or solely), you enter also (or exclusively) the TemSe file name under Data Source for MagMedia.
It is possible to read data from non-SAP systems, as long as the structure adheres to the SAP standard for these files. This aspect is important once you would like to print amalgamated data from different sources within your organization and output them via SAP.
