Output of End-of-Year (EOY) Report (P35L(T)/P60/P35/Magnetic Media) via ALV list output
This option allows you to print the year end data via the ALV technology. This output method is foreseen to check the data for correctness and consistency prior to run the EOY reports in production.
It displays the data which will be used to generate the forms in a table format. As per the ALV, you can for example build subtotals, filters and define own layout settings on this data. The data is displayed for each of the forms individually.
You can switch between the display of the different lists at any time and in any order convenient to you.
For each of these lists you can define a display variant which defines the fields you would like to see. This variant can be entered on this screen to ensure the end user sees the data the way they would like to see it. (Of course the display can be amended interactively later.)
Note: For clarity, the form name for which you want to enter a variant is mentioned behind each input field.
If you choose this option, the SAPScript form names are cleared. The entry of display variants for ALV output is optional.
The default setting to the ALV display variant names is referring to 11_SAP_P60 that contains a display of the entire data.
In order to increase the performance, SAP recommends to create ALV display variants once you wish to check the results. The general rule is that the more narrow the list and the higher the aggregation level, the quicker ALV can display the list. (Therefore, you may wish to define a ALV display variant that only contains the PRSI results and accumulates over the different PRSI classes. ALV allows you at any point in time to expand those list or respectively return to the original list.)
Note:
The display variants for the P35L(T) and P60 listings are interchangeable. However, these display variants are not interchangeable with the P35 form.
Regarding the P35, SAP does not deliver a display variant for this form in standard. Therefore, you must create your own P35 display variant (using a respective naming).
