The entry in this field indicates whether or not an employee has attained all necessary certification or licensing to pursue employment for the corresponding assignment.
Standard settings
This field has two possible values, namely:
- " " ... indicating that the employee is "in field."
- "X" ... indicating that the employee is "out-of-field."
Therefore, a value of " " means that the employee has attained all of the certificates or licenses that are required for this assignment. In contrast, a value of "X" means that none, some or many - but not all - of the certificates or licenses have been attained.
