Definition

The entry in this field denotes the code assigned to the Certification and Licensing infotype (0795) record of the employee. Each valid code consists of a combination of one classification, one area and one level. Each valid code is distinguished by a unique one- to six-character identifier.

In Customizing for Payroll USA (PY-US), you configure these codes by choosing Supplements Public Sector US -> Certification and Licensing -> Settings -> Areas -> Define Codes.
