Definition

This checkbox, when selected, determines that only full-time employees of your organization will be eligible to participate in the absence pool at hand. All other employees (part-time, temporary, and so on) are ineligible to participate in the absence pool at hand if this checkbox is selected.

Use

If full-time employees are the only employees in your organization that should participate in the absence pool at hand, then select this checkbox. If you do not select this checkbox, then all employees of your enterprise, by default, will be eligible to participate in this absence pool.
