Field PA_EXP
The indicator for whether to output the result to a local text file or not. If checked, an output file will be generated according to the value put in the file name field.

Output to Local Drive
Definition
Output to Local Drive is an indicator as to whether or not a local file is to be created.
Procedure
Check the Output to Local Drive if a local file is to be created. The local file created will be in the format prescribed by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). The file may then be sent to OPM. Note that in order for the file to be created, the #Local File Name with Path# field must also be populated with a valid pathname.
Use
A local file is made only in the case the file required is the status file or the dynamic file and not in the case the file required is the dynamic record.
