Definition
This is where you enter the calculation method that you want to use when calculating the Workers' Compensation (WC) premium.
These two options are based on the main premium calculation methods used by insurance providers:
- E: Experience rate method.
Premium is calculated based on the WC wage multiplied by the WC experience rate.
(Premium = WC wage * WC experience rate) - M: Manual rate method.
Premium is calculated based on the WC wage divided by 100, multiplied by the WC manual rate, and then multiplied by the WC experience modifier.
(Premium = WC wage/100 * WC manual rate * WC experience modifier)
