Documentation
Definition
Identifies a tax company.
Use
In this field you enter the tax company for which you need to define attributes.
If you use the wildcard '%' as last character of the string you address all tax companies with the same name pattern. This allows you to define the same attributes for a group of tax companies.
The exact match has priority over the match with wildcard entries.
Example
You have four tax companies defined in your system (in table T5UTL), as follows:
TxCo Description
US01 US tax company 1
US02 US tax company 2
US03 US tax company 3
UT04 US tax company 4
You want to give the same attributes to the tax companies 'US01' and 'US02'. You want to give different attributes to tax companies 'US03' and 'UT04'.
You can either define the attribute for each tax company individually, or you can use the group match as follows:
TxCo Description Explanation
US% Group match for US01 and US02
US03 US tax company 3 Exact match has priority over wildcard match
UT04 US tax company 4
