Definition
In this field, enter the minimum balance of personal leave that all participants in the absence leave pool are required to possess.
Example
Suppose that you have specified, in accordance with the policy of your organization, a minimum balance of 80 Hours for the absence pool at hand. Now suppose that an employee of your organization has accrued 96 hours of leave and wishes to donate hours to this pool for a colleague to redeem. In this example, the maximum donation that the employee can make would be 16 hours.
