Definition

This field specifies whether this donation is amount related or not.

Use

It is only used when the donation is from one employee to another employee.

If this field is not checked, which means not amount related, the number of hours/days the recepient receives is that the other employee donates.

If this field is checked, then system will translate the number of hours/days the employee donates to a certain amount using an appropriate exchange rate, for example, his/her hourly rate. Then translates back to hours/days using the recepient's exchange rate. So that the number of hours/days the recepient gets might be different from that the employee donates.

Dependencies

Example

Employee A donates 10 hours to Employee B.

Employee A has an hourly rate 10USD/hr. Employee B has an hourly rate 5USD/hr.

If this field is not checked, then employee B receives 10 hours in his/her absence quota.

Otherwise, system will calculate as below,

employee A donates: 10 hours * 10USD/hr = 100 USD

employee B receiveds: 100USD / 5USD/hr = 20 hours
