Definition
This field determines the beginning date for the regular dispatch of answer letters to the originator. For example, if this field contains the entry 08/01/1999, then the regular dispatch of answer letters will commence on August 1, 1999.
Depending upon the entry in the Send answ. field, the first answer letter may or may not be sent on this date.
