Definition
Every value identifier refers to a field in the garnishment infotypes (excluding values '8', '9' and '22').
Caution
The values in the field Default value are not checked in the T5UG9 maintenance view.
Entry values
- 01 - The Value of the identifier is used as a country for reading and checking the tables in the garnishment infotypes. You must maintain this entry.
- 02 - The Value of the identifier is proposed in the field Origin when you create the infotype 'Garnishment Document'.
- 03 - The Value of the identifier is proposed in the field Status when you create the infotype 'Garnishment Document'.
- 04 - The Value of the identifier is proposed in the field Service Charge Rule when you create the infotype 'Garnishment Document'.
- 05 - The Value of the identifier is proposed in the field Reply indicator when you create the infotype 'Garnishment Document'.
- 06 - The Value of the identifier is proposed in the field Single Check Indicator when you create the infotype 'Garnishment Document'.
- 07 - The Value of the identifier is used in the list screen of the infotype 'Garnishment Document'. By using this value, you can control how the list is sorted when you call up the list screen. You can enter the following values:
- 1 - Sort according to the standard.
- 2 - Sort according to status and priority.
- 3 - Sort according to status.
- 4 - Sort according to priority.
- 5 - Sort according to category.
- 08 - The Value is used to identify the Model Nonexempt Amount for the Federal Rule. This rule is used in the calculation of the nonexempt amount if the corresponding checkbox is active in the garnishment model in table Rule for the Calculation of the Nonexempt Amount (T5UG4).
- 09 - The Value is used to identify the Model for the disposable net for the Federal Rule.
- 10 - The Value of the identifier is proposed in the field Medical support indicator when you create an infotype 'Garnishment Document' of category 'Support'. Possible values are Y (Eligible) and N (Not eligible).
- 20 - The Value of the identifier is proposed in the field Rule for the Calculation of the Nonexempt Amount when you create the infotype 'Garnishment Order Type'.
- 21 - This identifier is not used any more.
- 22 - The Value of the identifier is the parameter that tells the payroll driver to collect service charge after taking all garnishments. If the value is '2', then the payroll driver will override the setting from T5UG6 and take service charges after all garnishments. If the value is not maintained or different from '2', then the individual T5UG6 settings apply.
IMPORTANT: After applying Note 667834, this functionality is retained for backwards compatibility only. It is preferable not to maintain a value here, but rather to determine (in T5UG6) on an individual basis whether service charges are to be taken directly or after all garnishments.
