This field contains either an amount or a percentage, depending upon the value selected in the Unit field.
By specifying a value in this field, a basis of deduction in the Unit field, and the Exempt or Non-exempt radio button, you can establish an additional amount to be deducted from the exempt or non-exempt amount in the garnishment order at hand.
