Definition
A tick indicates if the tax card is present, and the Tax information must be filled in. If the tax card is not present, the system deactivates the tax card fields. In this case, the Use standard percent has to be used. The default tax percentage for 1999 is 60%. The default tax percentage is used in the payroll run, but does not appear in the Tax rate field.
A tick is set automatically if the company permits PBS to get the employees' tax card information for the next year. The tax card information for the next year can be required directly from Told&Skat 1 October and PBS hereby already have the tax information for every employee at the beginning of the year.
