Definition
The field indicates if a possible SH-balance must be cleared with the
vacation money.
The options provided for the field are:
- "Ingen afregning af SH-saldo". In this option no SH payment is sent.
- "Pos. SH-saldo afr. med fereip. Neg. SH-saldo trækkes ikke (TV 45)". In this option, only the positive SH amount is taxed and sent to FerieKonto.
- "Kun fratrådte medarbejdere. Neg. SH-saldo trækkes ikke (TV 45)". In this option, only the positive SH amount is taxed and sent to FerieKonto, but only for employees who left the company or leaves in the period of payroll.
- "Negative SH-saldo trækkes (TV 45)". In this option, only the positive SH amount is taxed and sent to FerieKonto, but a negative SH balance is deducted.
- "Kun fratrådte medarbejdere. Neg. SH-saldo trækkes (TV 45)". In this option, the negative SH balance is deducted, but only for employees who left the company or leaves in the payroll period.
