Definition
The field indicates which type of ATP ("Arbejdsmarkedets Tillægspension") the employee has to pay, depending on whether the employee is weekly waged or monthly salaried etc.
Every wage or salary earner between 16 and 66, who is employed at least 9 hours per week by the same employer, must contribute to ATP.
The options "Timer konteret som ATP-timer (løsarbejdere)", "Teor. timeantal. Arbejdstid kan ikke beregnes (ugelønnede)", "Teor. timeantal. Arbejdstid kan ikke beregnes (14-dageslønnede)", "Teor. timeantal. Arbejdstid kan ikke beregnes (4-ugerslønnede)", is used if the employee does not have a normal working time or any numbers of working hours reported which can be used for calculating ATP.
The system will then use the gross payment divided by an average hourly rate which is different for men and women. The result is a "number of hours" which is used for calculating the ATP.
