Definition
The field indicates if the employee pays "AM-grundlag" and "AM-bidrag".
Normally every salary and wage earner, recipients of royalties,
self-employed persons and employers must pay "AM-grundlag -og -bidrag".
Persons who do not receive an income which is considered as payment for
"personligt arbejde", is not obliged to pay "AM-grundlag" and
"AM-bidrag" of this income.
This includes following types of income: Social pensions, unemployment
benefit, study grants from the State Education Fund ("Statens
Uddannelsesstøtte"), alimony etc.
The options provided for the field are:
- "AM-grundlag. A-indkomst og skat". This option is for normal employees who have to pay "AM-grundlag" and "AM-bidrag". Tax is calculated as well.
- "AM-grundlag og bidrag. A-indkomst opsummeres. Ingen skat". This option is for employees who have to pay "AM-grundlag" and "AM-bidrag", but no tax is calculated.
- "AM-grundlag og bidrag. A-indkomst opsummeres ikke". In this option "AM-grundlag" and "AM-bidrag" is calculated, but the A-income is not summed up in PBS accumulator 52. No tax is calculated.
- "Ingen AM-grundlag og bidrag. Ingen A-indkomst og skat". In this option no tax and "AM-grundlag and "AM-bidrag" is calculated or summed up in PBS accumulators.
- "Ingen AM-grundlag og bidrag. A-indkomst opsummeres med skat". In this option no "AM-grundlag" and "AM-bidrag" is summed up in field c13 on the year end tax statement.
- "Ingen AM-grundlag og AM-bidrag. A-indkomst opsummeres uden skat". In this option no "AM-grundlag" and "AM-bidrag" is calculated, PBS accumulator 52 is updated.
