Reading data from TemSe files as base for creation of P11D report

Setting this indicator prevents data from being read from the database, but rather from the given TemSe files. If you wish to generate either the P11D and/or P11D(b) data read for display, you need to enter the TemSe file names:

  1. In the field Data source for P11D, choose the relevant TemSe object (form name HR_CP1101xxxxxxxxxx ).
  2. In the field Data source for P11D(b), choose the relevant TemSe object (form name HR_CP1102xxxxxxxxxx ).

In addition, if you need to process data from a non-SAP system with data from a SAP system (for the same tax reference), you must also use the TemSe file format and perform the following steps:

  1. Bring the data from your non-SAP system into TemSe files.
  2. It is imperative that you convert this data into the SAP standard TemSe format. Any deviation from this format will generate an error in data processing once the data is to be brought back into your SAP system.
Download the data from your SAP system into TemSe files.
  3. Combine the TemSe files from the non-SAP system (in the correct SAP format) with the TemSe files from your SAP system.
  4. Your system administrator must then upload these combined TemSe files into your SAP system.
  5. This is achieved by choosing from the SAP Easy Access menu: Tools -> CCMS -> Spool -> TemSe Administration.
  6. Set the Get data from external source indicator in the External data source (via TemSe) section of the report selection screen.
  7. In the field Data source for P11D, choose the relevant TemSe object (which is the form name HR_CP1101xxxxxxxxxx generated in step d above).
  8. In the field Data source for P11D(b), choose the relevant TemSe object (which is the form name HR_CP1102xxxxxxxxxx generated in step d above).
