Definition
The personnel number specifies the person who overrides the employee's bar point level.
If a personnel number or a name is stored in the infotype section 'bar point override', the bar point level is regarded as no longer valid.
If the bar point level should be overridden, than the process is to enter a personnel number or a name and to change the end date of the currentinfotype record.
