Definition
Selecting 'X' as the return value for the feature GOFFS implies that the amount of OSP that is offset against SSP is maximised.
i.e. if OSP is £100 and SSP is £12.44 and Full Pay is £100 then maximising the offset has no effect as the full amount of SSP must be offset to avoid overpaying the employee. So £87.56 OSP is paid and £12.44 SSP is paid.
i.e. if OSP is £50 and SSP is £12.44 and Full Pay is £100 then maximising the offset has huge effect as the full amount of SSP will be offset. So only £37.56 OSP is paid and £12.44 SSP is paid.
i.e. if OSP is £50 and SSP is £12.44 and Full Pay is £100 then minimising the offset has huge effect as none of the SSP will be offset. So £50 OSP is paid and £12.44 SSP is paid.
i.e. if OSP is £0 and SSP is £12.44 and Full Pay is £100 then maximising the offset has no effect as none of the SSP must be offset as the employee must receive SSP. So £12.44 SSP is paid.
