Definition
Selecting 'X' as the return value for the feature GOFFA implies that the amount of OAP that is offset against SAP is maximised.
i.e. if OAP is £100 and SAP is £100 and Full Pay is £100 then maximising the offset has no effect as the full amount of OAP must be offset to avoid overpaying the employee. So £0.00 OAP is paid and £100.00 SAP is paid.
i.e. if OAP is £100 and SAP is £100 and Full Pay is £200 then maximising the offset has huge effect as the full amount of SAP will be offset. So only £100 OSP is paid and £0.00 SAP is paid.
i.e. if OAP is £100 and SAP is £100 and Full Pay is £200 then minimising the offset has huge effect as none of the SAP will be offset. So £100 OAP is paid and £100 SAP is paid.
i.e. if OAP is £0 and SAP is £100 and Full Pay is £100 then maximising the offset has no effect as none of the SAP must be offset as the employee must receive SAP. So £100 SAP is paid.
