Definition
Select the date based on which you want to calculate Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) payments. Note that in case of a record split, the LGPS related changes, will take effect on this date.
For example, in case of a new hire, if you have selected the value, April 1 & Hires NoChg in the LGPS MODE (When Processed) (P08P_LPGS_MODE) field, and the value, CRT from prev year in the LGPS ADHOC (Ad Hoc Payments) (P08P_LPGS_ADHOC) field for deriving ad hoc payments, you must select Period start only in this field because new hires have the pay period made effective from the hire date and not the normal pay period.
