Definition
The Day Factor is really a fraction of a day held in minutes.
A whole day (i.e. ALLDF = 'X') is stored as 1440. The number of minutes in 24 hours.
If not a whole day, then it is the fraction of a day in minutes (i.e. 720 is half a day and 360 is quarter of a day).
These are totalled to derive Entitlements used.
