Definition
This simple structure is to output the USS Contributions Header, Detail and Reconciliation records as flat text ASCII, this is possible because each record format, though different in field breakdown has the same length (131 Bytes) and ALL characters are text. Each record is moved to this structure and then interfaced as a 131 Bytes string.
