Definition

This is a 2 character filler field to increase the field length of a Day mark to 25 characters which is the length expected for all NCALE records.

In GBSXP Phase II, this field has been used to signify that the new SSP weeks paid field definition has been applied.

" " (i.e. two spaces)         implies the old SSP weeks paid definition (i.e. NNNNNN)

"__" (i.e. two underscores)     implies the new SSP weeks paid definition (i.e. Q0N0NN)
