Output via SAPScript forms: Print pages in separate lot
You can determine how the forms should be printed:
- In the field Print pages in separate lot, set the indicator if you would like to print the first page of the form for all the employees selected. Once this command is complete, you will receive an inquiry from the printer parameter, where you are asked if you would like to begin printing the next page of the form for all employees.
- Note: Before confirming, you should change the preprinted forms accordingly.
- In the field Print pages in separate lot, if you do not set the indicator the entire data packet will be printed for a given employee. Once the packet is complete, the packet for the next employee will be printed.
