Definition
Output of P45 data via SAPScript forms
This option allows you to print the P45 data via the SAPScript technology.
The report generates one form for each employee who leaves. As the definition of the forms differ, you must enter the SAPScript names of the P45 forms. To search for applicable forms, use the input help (F4) on existing forms and follow the path Payroll: Great Britain -> Statutory reports -> P45.
Every year, SAP will provide templates for the P45 form in the standard delivery (which have been approved by the Inland Revenue) The SAP P45 forms are derived from the Inland Revenues original form.
If you would like to change these forms, copy the standard templates and amend them according to your needs. To do so, use the Form Painter.
The names of the templates SAP delivers are as follows (xxxx indicates the year in which the form is to be issued):
1. HR_GB_P45_xxxx Inland Revenue P45 template (A4 landscape)
2. HR_GB_P45_xxxx_D Data Mailer P45 template (A4 landscape)
The default year used is the tax year for which the P45 form will be created.
Note: The Inland Revenue P45 template (HR_GB_P45_xxxx) is not approved by IRNICO and should be used for reference purposes only. The data only form (Data Mailer P45 template HR_GB_P45_xxxx_D) should be used for printing P45s in conjunction with the IR laser 2 part stationary.
