Definition
Output of P11D data via SAPScript forms
This option allows you to print the P11D data via SAPScript technology.
As the definition of the forms differ, you must enter the SAPScript names of the P11D forms. To search for applicable forms, choose from the F4 field help -> Payroll: United Kingdom -> Statutory Reports -> P11D (Taxable Benefits) then the relevant form you would like to generate.
For P11D(b) forms, choose from the F4 field help -> Payroll: United Kingdom -> Statutory Reports -> P11D (B) (Taxable Benefits) then the relevant form you would like to generate.
Every year, SAP will provide templates for the P11D and P11D(b) form in the standard delivery (which have been approved by the Inland Revenue). The SAP P11D and P11D(b) forms are derived from the original Inland Revenue form.
If you would like to change these forms, copy the standard templates and amend them according to your needs. To do so, use the Form Painter.
The names of the templates SAP delivers are as follows (xxxx indicates the year in which the form is to be issued):
- HR_GB_P11D_xxxx Inland Revenue P11D template (A4 landscape). For the P11D forms before the tax year 2001 use HR_GBTAXP11Dxxxx.
- HR_GB_P11DB_xxxx Inland Revenue P11D(b) template (A4 landscape). For the P11D(b) forms before the tax year 2001 use HR_GBTAXP11D_B.
