Definition
This date is the point in time at which you wish to interrogate your employee's entitlements.
If you enter, say, 01.01.1999, the system will;
1) Create any necessary history , if the employee has not been
payrolled upto and including this day.
2) Derive ALL the Entitlements for ALL the Absence Groupings that are
customised in your scheme rules. [Derive subsequent changes to those
entitlements due to absence, part-time employment, extensions and
reductions, etc.]
3) Output the information in the Standard Automatic List Viewer (ALV)
that will allow the user to amend the report layout.
