'Non-Working Days'
Choosing 'Non-Working Days' from this List Box signifies that ONLY working days from the Employees Personal Work Schedule are applicable for the Absence Evaluation Scheme.
Specifying 'Non-Working Days' should be used in conjunction with the entitlement amount unit 'Entitlement Week' (E11). So that ONLY absences on working days will reduce entitlement and the number of days entitlement an employee receives in a week is the number of working days in the week (or from T510I if they are a shift worker).
'Days Before MPP Start Date'
Choosing 'Days Before MPP Start Date' from this List Box signifies that ONLY days on or after the start of the employee's Maternity Pay Period (MPP) will qualify to reduce entitlement.

'Non-Working Days or Holidays (All Classes)'

Specifying 'Non-Working Days' should be used in conjunction with the entitlement amount unit 'Entitlement Week' (E11).
