Definition

This Check Box is specific to the GB SAP/SMP/SPP absence infotype (0088) and the weekly offsetting that is necessary between

1) SAP and OAP

2) SMP and OMP

3) SPP and OPP

If this Check Box is "ticked" then any absence days after the last SXP payment day in the pay period are examined to see if the end of the relevant SxP week is in the current payroll period or not. If it is not then the current Paid Payment Band (which MUST be in the list of 5 Paid Payment Bands) is changed to it's counterpart Unpaid Payment Band.

Obviously the scheme MUST match the employee's scheme, the absence grouping MUST match the absence grouping for the employee's absence and the days in question MUST be in the validity range.
