Definition

This amount field holds the "Limit" amount.

The "Entitlement" amount is the full entitlement that an employee receives from the absence scheme. This amount can be a subject to Part Time factoring to make a "Part Time Entitlement" amount. (i.e. the employee receives a proportion of the full entitlement according to the proportion of the Full Hours/Days that a full employee is set to work from their Bargaining Unit Agreement table T510I). The "Entitlement" can also be subject to Customer Specific factoring to make an "Adjusted Entitlement" amount. Finally, the "Entitlement Left" amount is the proportion of the "Entitlement" remaining when the entitlement used (during the reference period) has been deducted.

The "Entitlement Left" amount as a "Running Total" is the same as the "Entitlement Left" field but also includes Extensions/Reductions that have been entered and any Limit rules that have been reached.

The "Extension" amount and "Reduction" amount are the adjustments to the employee's "Entitlement" from the Absence Evaluation Scheme Override infotype (0572). The "Extension Left" amount and "Reduction Left" amount are the proportion of the "Extension" or "Reduction" remaining when the extension used or reduction taken (during the reference period) has been deducted

The "Limit" amount is the upper limit placed on the entitlement that an employee receives from the absence scheme. the "Limit Left" amount is the proportion of the "Limit" remaining when the entitlement used (during the reference period) has been deducted.

The "Waiting Days" amount is the number of waiting days that must be "served" during each absence before the employee's entitlement will start to be reduced. The "Waiting Days Left" amount is the proportion of the "Waiting Days" remaining when the waiting days served (during the reference period) has been deducted.
