Definition

This is a two character numeric identifer for each Absence Evaluation Scheme Rule for a specific Seniority (Length of Service) banding. The Scheme Absence Evaluation

Rules are processed one by one. The ORDER in which they are processed is very important. The PRIORITY field and NOT the sequence number field defines the order in which these Absence Entitlement Payment Bands will be processed. If your scheme encompasses OSP and OMP, then it is possible that this Sequence Number will run across Absence Entitlement Bands, but the PRIORITY must be correct within each set of rules.
