Definition
When set, this NIPE indicator informs you that there was a difference in NIable pay in a retro period. Such a difference can occur if there was a National Insurance payment in error correction entered on infotype 0793.
The wage type that is corrected may not necessarily have originated in the affected period. It could also have originated in an earlier period, but may have been changed retroactively so that part of the amount was carried forward into another payroll period.
In other words, if set in table NIPAY, this indicator shows that a NIPE correction has affected the current payroll period.
