This indicator records that the entry is for a late leaver, which is the one instance where NIPAY-NIPAY, NIPAY-NIPY_REG and NIPAY-NIPY_IRREG are changed in a retroactive situation.
This indicator is set, when the global field in the payroll driver, LATE_LEAVER, is set for the payroll period.
