Definition
Date on which the employee left the enterprise the last time or leaves the enterprise the next time, if the employee is currently active.
This leaving date is defined as end date of the last valid (if the employee is currently inactive) or the currently or next valid (if the employee is currently active) record of infotype 0000 (Actions) where the status of employment changes from active (= '3') to inactive (<> '3') in the subsequent infotype record or where the status of employment is equal to active (= '3'), if there is no subsequent infotype record.
If the employee has never left the enterprise, this date is therefore equal to high date (31.12.9999).
