Definition
Indicates a 12 digit unique number that the Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission (CMEC) assigns to the employee for Deductions from Earnings Order (DEO) under the new scheme with effect from October 2012.
Note that in case the existing court order ceases and the court issues a new order to the employee, the CMEC issues a new reference number to the employee.
