Definition
In case of any discrepancy between the employee's actual contribution towards NIC and the contribution that the system calculates for the employee, you must manually calculate the difference amount and enter the same here. This amount is stored in EE NIC Adjustment wage type (/3N1).
Use
The positive or negative amount that you enter here is adjusted in Employee NIC wage type (/301).
