Definition
Clean Sweep execution of FPS report will generate XML file for all the
employees for whom FPS is not yet sent to government gateway.
Use
In case the FPS report is run for batches of employees of a payroll
area, there could be chances of missing out few employees while
execution. Clean sweep will ensure that all the employees belonging
to the payroll area are processed and generate XML file for valid
employees.
