Definition
To perform a detailed analysis of short term absences, employers can wish to perform absence pattern analysis (e.g absences around an event or simply on a regular basis). The following Absence Patterns are supported by SAP:
1) Identical absences(identical absence lenght, type and reason);
2) Regular absences(same day of the year, month or week);
4) Birth Dates absences (employee, spouse, children etc)
5) Absences extending normal non-working periods (absences starting or ending adjacent to days off: annual holidays, non-working days, Bank holidays etc).
