Definition

This criterion is used to identify the data and to display it to payroll processing types or to end of year statements.

The following entries are possible:

  • blank, which corresponds to a normal payroll passage,
  • C for a payroll calculation,
  • S for a simulation payroll,
  • TT for any type of processing.
  • P1 to P9, TP, E1 to E9, TE, etc. corresponding to particular payroll processing events.
    Type P or E particular type processing events are defined in table sap 91.
  • FA corresponds to the ZADIG dictionary data linked to end of year statements.
    • Important!

For ZADIG dictionary data linked to the end of year statements, the processing type 'FA' must be filled in, but only in the infotype 'ZADIG dictionary free elements'(0435).

Use

This data element is used by the SAP/ADP-GSI payroll interface, in infotypes
-'ZADIG dictionary free elements'(0435),
-'Additional payment'(0015),
-'Presence and absence incidents'(0436).
