Definition
The ZADIG element code is to be returned to SAP.
The code is obligatory when this element is multiple.
The element is then identified by a 4-figure code and carries in addition a code (key) that is used to identify the occurrence.
The structure of the code varies in accordance with the multiple element.
Concerning the payroll elements
- If the multiple element is of the NNN type
the code must be greater than zero and less than the maximum number of occurrences in table TEDM. - If the multiple element is of the Cxx type,
the code has 3 characters, begins with the letter C and must appear in table TEDC CT4. - If the multiple element is of the HCX type,
the code has 6 characters and the format MM:CXX, with MM included between 01 and 12 and '**' and CXX corresponding to a fund code. - If the multiple element is of the HRP type,
the code has 7 characters and the format YYYYMMp, with YYYYMM corresponding to a date prior to the payroll period and p to a passage number between 1 and 9 (generally 1) - If the multiple element is of the PER type
the code has 6 characters in YYYYMM format with YYYYMM corresponding to a date prior to the payroll period. - If the multiple element is of the HTX type
the code has 10 characters in YYYYMM1:TX format with YYYYMM corresponding to a date and TX corresponding to a Rate code from 01 to 49.
Concerning the elements for the End of year statements (EYS)
The code always starts with an EYS reference over 3 characters (non blank) followed by the separator ":" and continues with the code of the corresponding payroll element.
This is the case of the following elements:
- multiple element is of the NNN type
- multiple element is of the Cxx type
- multiple element is of the HCX type
- multiple element of the HET type
the EYS reference is followed by a code with 8 figures in the form MM: Branch with MM corresponding to a month between 01 and 12 and Branch to a branch code (1 to 5 non blank characters).
It is also possible to enter '**' for the month which corresponds to all the periods and '****' for the branch which corresponds to all the branches.
